Joseph the Animal's is an isolated small business in Betrayal at Krondor. Specializing in armor repair, it can first be visited in Chapter 1.

Joseph's shop can be found offroad north of the King's Highway between Zun and Hawk's Hollow.
Overview[]
Joseph the Animal's is an armor repair business owned by Joseph, a gnomish hermit whose workshop has an assortment of armor parts suspended from its ceiling in macabre resemblence to disembodied limbs in a scullery. He refuses to sell Armorer's Hammers so as not to undercut his own business. A sign at his workshop reads, "Miracles Performed With Broke Armor. Cheap."
The workshop carries no inventory and makes no purchases, but provides repair services for all types of armor. If the party's armor is not in need of repair when they visit, Joseph is extremely busy and tells them to leave any repair work they need for pickup later or to go away.
