Botho

Botho is a tremendously fat man. He sits with other guildmasters at the table in the Duke Romney's Meeting House convened by Duke Romney. He believes that the leader of the Riverpullers was assassinated by the leader of one of the other guilds. Another guildmaster told him to come out with a name.
